This section is just for myself to keep up with what I have to do for my Physio sessions for my dodgy ankle and tight hamstrings.

Hopefully I will get a written account from my Physio and add that to the page but for now i'm just going to use the page to keep the video sessions I have been given to do on a daily basis to help my problems.


  Hamstring Chair Raise (1 minute, x 3)  


Ankle Routine (focus primarily on the exercise shown in clinic, 30 seconds on each foot, 3 times)
